Wear whatever you want to class. Go as sexy or as comfy as your mood dictates but... just be ready to move. Heels, flat shoes, sneakers or bare feet are all fine. Many people find heels uncomfortable for an hour long class, but taking them off and putting them on is totally fine.
You are meant to be a brand new beginner! You don’t have to know anything or do anything before you arrive.
The classroom opens up a few minutes before class starts so everyone can get situated :)
In the last half of the class (classes 4-6), we will use long sexy gloves (opera gloves) in class to practice striptease moments. They are optional and you can also use winter gloves. I have included suggestions for where to buy gloves below!

I am a 2X and generally wear "standard sized" gloves, but some of my students find plus sized more comfortable or easier to remove, so please go with your body's preference!
