This is a discussion class — students do not need to dress for movement. A notebook may be helpful but all class notes will be provided as well.
The class notes also contain a worksheet for students to fill out so that they can pre-plan what they might want to do to prevent or deal with onstage mistakes. In my experience, having thought through the possibilities allows performers to feel more secure and confident, and less fearful of “what if”!
