Jezebel is so pleased to announce that she will be performing at Reykjavik Kabarett from January 4th-8th, 2018 (not a bad way to ring in the New Year, right?)
Jezebel met the Icelandic queen of burlesque, Miss Mokki, backstage at New York's famed Slipper Room, where Mokki was performing during a quick stay in New York before returning to her native Reykjavik. She will be joined in Iceland by New York artists Matthew Holtzclaw and current Miss Coney Island Tiger Bay.
Icelandic burlesque is strongly known for its satirical, splendid, over-the-top vaudeville and circus-inspired flavor, so Jez will be bringing the weird and the wild to Europe for her first trip of 2018. Wonder how she's gonna fit that astronaut helmet into her suitcase?
